Digital Products
All products sold by ReadyToLaunch are digital Framer templates delivered immediately after purchase. Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are considered final.
Please review each product description, live preview, feature list, and compatibility requirements before completing your purchase.
Contact Us First
If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us before reaching out to your bank or payment provider.
We are committed to resolving technical issues as quickly as possible. Most problems can be solved through direct support.
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may be considered a violation of these terms. If fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to revoke your template license, suspend access to future purchases, and provide relevant purchase records, download history, and license information to the payment provider when necessary.
Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered in the following situations:
You accidentally purchased the same template more than once.
A verified technical issue prevents the template from functioning as described, and we are unable to provide a reasonable solution.
You were charged incorrectly due to a payment error.
To help us investigate technical issues, screenshots, screen recordings, or other supporting information may be required.
Refund requests must be submitted within 10 business days of the original purchase.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided for the following reasons:
You changed your mind after purchasing.
You no longer need the template.
You found another template you prefer.
You were dissatisfied with features that were clearly demonstrated in the product page or live preview.
You lack the required Framer knowledge, subscription, or experience needed to use the template.
You request a refund without providing sufficient information for us to investigate a reported technical issue.
